About

At Soma Integrated Psychiatric, we exist for a specific kind of patient: someone who has been living with pain or illness and is still waiting to feel better. Someone who has tried the treatments, followed the guidance, and still knows something is being missed.

We take the time to understand both the physical and the emotional. We build trust before anything else. And we believe that lasting relief becomes possible when the whole person is finally treated as one.

Hope is not naive here. It is the foundation of everything we do.

Mission

To restore hope and improve quality of life for those whose pain or illness has yet to find lasting relief, through care that addresses the mind and body as one.

Meet Our Provider

Liana L. Flores MSN, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-C, PMGT-BC

Nearly 20 years ago, I came to nursing because of people. My ability to connect with them, to see the parts of them that aren't always easy to find. That hasn't changed. What has deepened is my understanding of how much those hidden parts matter in healing.

I am dually board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, with additional board certification in pain management. That combination is not accidental. Most providers treat either the mind or the body. Pain management sits at the exact intersection of both, and my training allows me to hold that intersection fully, understanding the physical mechanism of pain, the psychiatric weight of living in it, and the complete medical picture surrounding it.

I am most called to serve patients who have hit a wall, those for whom treatment has plateaued and something essential remains unaddressed. If that is you, you are in the right place.
